Since Leonard & I have been having a quote fest, I thought I'd bring up the topic. Anyone into Thrill Kill Kult? I got to see them live at the Sextasy Ball (I was in Salt Lake City at the time, those Mormons had a field day with that concert) along with Lords of Acid.

Fun fun fun. ;) I think my favorite TKK song is from The Crow Sountrack, After the Flesh. It's got a quote from Lynette Squeaky Fromme (one of the Manson family members, you know the one who tried to shoot President Ford). "There's a lot of innocent people being crucified."

I think my favorite TKK song is from The Crow Sountrack, After the Flesh.

This song is actually an updated version of an older song. I can't recall the name right off the top of my head so I'll go look and post the title later. BTW, my favorite song is A Daisy Chain For Satan. :D

That's the only song from Thrill Kill Cult that I'm aware of, the one on The Crow soundtrack that is. I really like it--love the whole soundtrack.

"After the Flesh" is a shorter version of "Nervous Xians" from Kooler Than Jesus.

"Can you shout amen and worship me, and I'll give you everything".

Yeah, I saw them a few years ago. They kicked ass. They played a lot of their old school stuff so I was pleasantly surprised. The only drawback was I wasn't tripping. I prefer to see industrial bands in the state in which it was meant to be heard and seen. IMO.

Hmmm, I prefer to see bands sober (in all ways) so that I can actually remember the experience ;)

I didn't know about it being a remake of one of their older songs. I'll have to check out my Kooler Than Jesus album (at least I think it's that one, I bought it used and it didn't have a cover).

Daisy Chain 4 Satan is also one of my favorites. Also Sex On Wheels.

Yeah, I know. I've been missing in action. Everythings okay, though. Thanks for asking. :) Had a few rough weeks...but things are back to normal (well, as normal as can be considering the current events). I want my NYC back, damnit!

I was a bit worried after drunkpunk mentioned in another thread that you lived in NY, especially since you'd semmed to go AWOL!

Take care, Luv Bella xxx
