There was no time like the 80s for high school and especially the high school movies that came out in the 80s ... oh man everyone had the best shirts, hair and socks!!!! ... I don't even want to get into the shoe department.

There were a lot of movies that involved high school scenes in the 80s, do you have a favorite movie?

Man there are so many that I loved!! But Breakfast club has got to be my all time favorite :thumbsup3 with Fast times at ridgemont high coming in second :clappin2:

Fast Times at Ridgemont High would have to be my favorite with The Breakfast Club being a close second.

Fast Times at Ridgemont High and Breakfast Club are my two faves. :) Plus Sixteen Candles is up there too.

I remember one named "Three o'clock high" with Casey Siemaszko about him being supposed to fight some bully after school. It's probably a terrible movie alltogether but I'd love to see it again.

Not a high school movie but I just loved St. Elmo's Fire. I never miss it when it plays.

1. Sixteen Candles
2. Fast Times At Ridgemont High
3. Porky's
4. The Breakfast Club

I liked all the ones named plus Say Anything, Valley Girl, Pretty in Pink and The Last American Virgin... I made sure I got them all on dvd to add to our collection :biggrin:

The Breakfast Club, with Fast Times at Ridgemont High were also a couple of my favorites. I also liked Purple Rain, Top Gun and Risky Business.

By the way Wildside, I like those blinkie things. Might have to get me some. :)
