im trying to find this movie but i dont know the name of it so lets see how good are you all at naming a movie by its description, it was filmed in the uk and its about a boy who loses his hair because of cancer, the boy finds a witch who gives him a potion to make his hair grow back, it works but the hair keeps growing and growing, so he cuts it and looks for help and finds a evil artist who has a ware house full of imprison kids harvesting there hair, this movie was made in the 80s anyone who what's the title?
