I wonder what the hell I was on too. I can't watch an entire episode of any of those shows now. In fact, don't watch TV that much any more. But I wrote this whole novel, AS SEEN ON TV, about all those shows. Bonkers! It's a satire and it kind of takes the piss out of nostalgia tripping. But still, I had to sit through hours of TV doing research.

I use to love the show Wonder Women as well. I always wanted that awesome helicopter of hers. Smiles.
My brother use to watch A-Team all the time.

I loved 80s TV. I do not like today's TV (there are a few exceptions). If I sit in front of the boob tube, it is usually to watch the classics on Nick at Night!

I used to be so into that show 'Too Close For Comfort'. These days, i'd kill to see re-runs. The channels we get in Canada don't show the good classic shows
We got two channels called 'Prime' and 'Deja View' and they both show lots of classic shows, but it's mostly M*A*S*H and All in the Family, which they've been showing for like 5 years straight now. I've probably seen both shows entire series runs atleast 4 times now

What was really big in the 80s and what had me glued to the set every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights were the Primetime soaps: You know. Dynasty on Wed, Knots Lading on Thursday and then On Friday you Had Dallas and Falcon Crest!!! I never missed a show!!!

I agree, I can sit there and veg out in front of the TV and just chill and watch Ateam, nighthawk, airwolf, knightrider, buck rogers, etc...I'll take nick at night over today's TV in a heartbeat.
80's sitcoms were great too; facts of life, silver spoons, family ties..
